亚洲新兴市场国家的公司债券市场过去10年里有了长足的发展,在改善一国的资本配置及投融资体制方面发挥着越来越重要的作用。本文对这些国家的公司债券市场的发展特征和市场环境进行了深入的分析,指出市场环境的改善对公司债券市场发展的重要性,以期对我国公司债券市场的发展有所启迪。
Corporate bond markets in Asian emerging market countries have made great strides over the past decade and are playing an increasingly important role in improving the capital allocation and investment and financing systems in a country. This paper analyzes the development characteristics and market environment of the corporate bond market in these countries and points out the importance of the improvement of the market environment to the development of the corporate bond market in order to give some inspiration to the development of the corporate bond market in our country.
