目的观察活动期类风湿性关节炎 (RA)和血清阴性脊柱关节病患者血清 4种急性时相反应蛋白α1 -酸性糖蛋白 (AAG)、α1 -抗胰蛋白酶 (AAT)、触珠蛋白 (HPT)和铜蓝蛋白 (CER)浓度的变化及其临床意义。方法采用 ARRAY36 0蛋白质测定系统测定 6 1例 RA和血清阴性脊柱关节病患者及 31例正常对照组血清 AAG、AAT、HPT、CER浓度并进行比较。结果 RA、血清阴性脊柱关节病及关节炎综合组患者该 4项指标浓度均显著高于正常对照组 (P<0 .0 0 1)。并与血沉、C-反应蛋白呈正相关。结论动态观察血清 4种急性时相反应蛋白浓度的变化对于关节炎患者病变活动的监测以及药物疗效的判断等有一定的临床指导意义
Objective To observe the changes of serum acute phase reaction protein α1 - acid glycoprotein (AAG), α1 - antitrypsin (AAT) and haptoglobin (HPT) in patients with active rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and seronegative spondyloarthropathy ) And ceruloplasmin (CER) concentrations and their clinical significance. Methods Serum concentrations of AAG, AAT, HPT and CER in 61 RA patients and 31 patients with seronegative spondyloarthropathy were measured by ARRAY36 0 protein system and compared with each other. Results The concentrations of these four indexes in patients with RA, seronegative spondyloarthropathy and arthritis group were significantly higher than those in the normal control group (P <0.01). And with ESR, C-reactive protein was positively correlated. Conclusions Dynamic observation of the changes of serum concentration of four kinds of acute phase reaction in patients with arthritis, the monitoring of disease activity and the determination of drug efficacy have some clinical significance
