运用文献资料、对比分析等方法对我国竞技排球运动技战术指导思想发展历程进行回顾。结果表明:我国竞技排球技战术指导思想至今已经经历了六次大的调整,每次调整均对我国排球运动产生了积极的推动作用,但同时发现,技战术指导思想的调整对我国男、女排球运动的影响是不一样的,分析原因我们认为:一个技战术指导思想通用于我国男、女两个不同水平、不同风格、存在不同问题的队伍有明显的缺陷与不足,存在不利于我国排球运动发展的因素。针对当前男、女排的实际情况,提出我国男、女排球队制定不同技战术指导思想的设想并加以论证。
