本文研究了煤矸石经高温灼烧后的耐酸性能及以煤矸石为主要耐酸粉料制作硅酸盐胶泥的可行性。考察了硅酸盐胶泥粘合剂水玻璃的模数、比重以及固化剂F对硅酸盐胶泥性能的影响及作用。实验结果表明,煤矸石具有很好的耐酸性能,用于硅酸盐胶泥是完全可行的。
This paper studies the acid resistance of coal gangue after burning at high temperature and the feasibility of making silicate clay with gangue as the main acid-resistant powder. The effects of the modulus and specific gravity of Portland cement binder on the performance of silicate cement were investigated. The experimental results show that coal gangue has good acid resistance and is practicable for silicate cement.
