随着中国石油的海外市场化,越来越多的中国石油技术和管理人员走出国门进行海外合作和开发。新的工作环境给中国石油的职工的综合素质提出了更高的要求,如语言,知识,技术等等。而这也使得企业员工的培训模式发生了新的改变。然而从目前的情况看,海外工作人员的培训主要集中在国内进行,如何在工作现场一线进行培训,却始终是一个难题,如何更好、更有效地开展人员培训是企业亟待解决的问题。作为传统教育培训的一种不可或缺的、崭新的培训方式——远程教育培训,以优秀的教师资源、丰富的教学资源、便捷的互动交流、人性化的学习方式为职工教育培训注入新的活力。在远程教育管理知识培训实施过程中,学员在课程选择上基本能够做到结合本职工作,学用结合,有的放矢,远程教育培训对于提高管理人员的综合素质起到了积极作用。
With the overseas marketization of PetroChina, more and more Chinese oil technicians and managers have gone abroad for cooperation and development abroad. And this also makes the staff training mode has undergone a new change. However, judging from the current situation, overseas staff training mainly focuses on domestic training. However, it is always a difficult problem how to conduct training on the job site. How to train personnel better and more effectively is an urgent problem to be solved by enterprises. As an indispensable and brand-new training method of traditional education and training - distance education and training, it injects new employee education and training with outstanding teachers’ resources, abundant teaching resources, convenient interactive communication and humanized learning methods vitality. In the process of implementation of distance education management training, trainees can basically combine their own work with the combination of study and learning, and the distance education training plays a positive role in improving the overall quality of managers.
