目的:建立反相高效液相色谱测定牛磺酸颗粒中牛磺酸含量的方法。方法:牛磺酸经邻苯二甲醛和乙硫醇衍生,C_(18)柱分离,紫外检测波长为360nm。甲醇-水-磷酸盐缓冲液(1:1:1)为流动相,用外标法测定。结果:本法回收率为97.5~100.5%,RSD=1.03%,线形范围为5.0~50μg·ml~(-1)。结论:本法简单、快速、结果准确。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of taurine in taurine granules by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography. Methods: Taurine was derivatized with o - phthalaldehyde and ethanethiol and separated by C_ (18) column. The UV detection wavelength was 360 nm. Methanol - water - phosphate buffer (1: 1: 1) as the mobile phase, with external standard method. Results: The recovery rate of this method was 97.5% ~ 100.5% with RSD = 1.03%. The linear range was 5.0 ~ 50μg · ml ~ (-1). Conclusion: This method is simple, fast and accurate.
