从去年6月的央行121文件《关于进一步加强房地产信贷业务管理的通知》,到8月的国务院18号令《关于促进房地产市场持续健康发展的通知》、今年3月的“指引”——《商业银行房地产贷款风险管理指引》,再到国务院最新的通知,所有这些政策都无一例外地显现出了宏观调控下的作用。
From the “Notice on Further Strengthening the Administration of Real Estate Credit Business” issued by the Central Bank in June last year 121 to the Notice of the State Council on August 18, “Promoting the Sustainable and Sound Development of the Real Estate Market,” the March this year’s “Guidelines” “Commercial Bank real estate loan risk management guidelines” to the latest notice of the State Council, all of these policies are without exception, under the influence of macroeconomic regulation and control.
