随着原油价格不断攀升,原油劣质化程度逐渐加重,原油质量大幅降低,炼化加工企业的成本越来越高,不得不以节能降耗为着力点,努力提高装置的生产效益,而采用先进过程控制技术就是一种有效手段。以多变量模型预测控制为主要特征的先进过程控制,在优化装置生产、提高装置运行水平、挖掘装置潜力方面正在发挥着重要作用。针对某石化公司延迟焦化装置的工艺流程及工艺特点,基于Honeywell Profit Controller多变量模型预测先进控制技术,分别对加热炉、分馏塔以及吸收稳定部分设计了4个先进控制器。延迟焦化装置实施先进控制技术后,降低了操作人员劳动强度,提高了装置的运行平稳率和加热炉热效率,优化了分馏塔温度分布和吸收稳定系统运行,提高了高价值产品产率。经初步测算,每年可获得经济效益514.7万元。
As crude oil prices continue to rise, the degree of deterioration of crude oil is gradually aggravated. The quality of crude oil is drastically reduced. The cost of refining and processing enterprises is getting higher and higher. As a result, energy saving and consumption reduction have been the focus of efforts to improve the production efficiency of the plant. Process control technology is an effective means. Advanced process control, with multivariable model predictive control as the main feature, is playing an important role in optimizing plant production, improving plant operation, and tapping plant potential. Aiming at the technological process and process characteristics of a delayed coking unit in a petrochemical company, the advanced control technology is predicted based on the Honeywell Profit Controller multivariable model. Four advanced controllers are respectively designed for the heating furnace, the fractionation tower and the absorption stability part. Delayed coking device implementation of advanced control technology to reduce the labor intensity of operators and improve the smooth operation of the device and the heating efficiency of the furnace, optimizing the temperature distribution of the fractionator and absorption of the stability of the system operation, improve the yield of high value products. After a preliminary calculation, annual economic benefit of 514.7 million yuan.
