目的:观察磷酸肌酸(creatinephosphate,CP)治疗蒽环类化疗药物引起的急性白血病患儿心肌损害的疗效。方法30例患儿随机分为CP治疗组和1,6-二磷酸果糖(FDP)治疗组。CP组予CP(<5岁0.5g/d,≧5岁1g/d)静注;FDP组予FDP250mg/kg/d静脉点滴,7天为1疗程。观察治疗前后病人心肌酶谱和心电图改变情况。结果两组患儿治疗前心肌酶水平相似且高于正常值,治疗后两组心肌酶均显著下降(P<0.01),其差值在两组间无显著性差异(P>0.05);心电图改善率及总体疗效两组间亦无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论CP可治疗蒽环类化疗药物引起的白血病患儿心肌损害,其效果与FDP相似。
Objective: To observe the effect of creatine phosphate (CP) on myocardial damage in children with acute leukemia caused by anthracycline chemotherapy. Methods Thirty children were randomly divided into treatment group (CP) and fructose-1,6-diphosphate (FDP) group. The patients in CP group received intravenous infusion of CP (0.5g / d, age≥5years, 1g / d), and FDP (250mg / kg / d) for 7 days. Observed before and after treatment of patients with myocardial enzymes and ECG changes. Results The levels of myocardial enzymes before treatment in both groups were similar and higher than those in normal subjects. The levels of myocardial enzymes in both groups were significantly decreased after treatment (P <0.01), with no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05) There was no significant difference between the two groups in improvement rate and overall efficacy (P> 0.05). Conclusion CP can treat myocardial damage caused by anthracycline-induced leukemia in children with FDP.
