由于现场塔机附着杆往往与厂家标准做法不一致,通过数值分析,研究了三杆和四杆体系塔机附着杆长度、角度、支座类型、附加杆等因素对附着杆内力的影响。计算与分析表明,附着杆的型式、角度对其内力影响很大,长度影响很小,可以通过增加附加杆减少附着杆内力,附着杆采用固定支座会产生附加弯矩。研究成果对塔机的布置、附着杆的选择和设计具有重要指导意义。
Due to the inconsistencies between on-site tower crane attachments and manufacturers’ standard practices, the influence of the length, angle, bearing type and additional levers on the attachment force of the three-and four-tower tower crane was studied by numerical analysis. The calculation and analysis show that the type and angle of the attachment rod have a great influence on the internal force and have little effect on the length. The attachment force can be reduced by adding the additional rod, and the additional bending moment can be generated by using the fixed support rod. The research results have important guiding significance for the arrangement of tower crane, the selection and design of attachment rods.
