刀具的磨损与具体的加工状态直接相关,在一般的FMS刀具管理中,大多采用切削时间累加的方法进行刀具寿命管理,此法难于准确衡量刀具的磨损。该文首次提出刀具相对磨损率的概念,采用建立切削数据库的方法,得到刀具相对磨损率的计算公式,并应用于FMS刀具管理中,以进行刀具寿命的优化管理。实例计算表明,此方法是可行的。
Tool wear is directly related to the specific processing state. In the general FMS tool management, the tool life management is mostly adopted by the method of cutting time accumulation, which is difficult to accurately measure the tool wear. This paper presents the concept of relative wear rate of tool for the first time. By using the method of establishing the cutting database, the formula for calculating the relative wear rate of the tool is obtained and applied to FMS tool management to optimize the management of tool life. The example calculation shows that this method is feasible.
