第八届国际材料热处理大会于1992年11月17~20日在日本京都召开,来自世界各地的材料热处理专家、学者约400人出席了会议,以中国机械工程学会热处理分会理事长樊东黎高工率领的5人代表团及我国各部门派出的代表计27人出席了会议,台湾也有12人出席.本届大会接收论文153篇,其中有3篇特邀报告,102篇大会宣读,48篇简介论文.我国大陆有21篇论文,台湾有3篇论文.大会出版了会议论文集.在大会开幕式上,日本田村今男教授介绍了日本现代热处理状况,英国Bell教授介绍了钢表面先行渗氮然后沉积TiN的复合热处理工艺;美国G.Krauss教授介绍了在残留奥氏体、奥氏体晶粒度、奥氏体晶粒边界的化学成分以及表面氧化对渗碳钢的弯曲疲劳性能影响方面的研究成果.其他大会宣读论文时间为15min,讨论5min,简介论文宣读时间为3min,不讨论.
The Eighth International Conference on Materials Heat Treatment was held in Kyoto, Japan from November 17 to November 20, 1992. Around 400 experts and scholars from all over the world attended the conference and were led by Fan Dongli, the chairman of the Heat Treatment Branch of China Mechanical Engineering Society Five delegates and representatives from various departments of our country attended the conference and 12 were also present in Taiwan.This conference received 153 articles, of which 3 were specially invited reports, 102 were read by the General Assembly and 48 were introductory papers .There are 21 papers in mainland China and 3 papers in Taiwan.The conference has published a collection of conference proceedings.At the opening ceremony of the conference, Prof. Tamura, Japan introduced the modern heat treatment in Japan and Professor Bell of Britain introduced the pre-nitriding of steel surface Deposition of TiN composite heat treatment process; Professor G.Krauss the United States introduced in the residual austenite, austenite grain size, the austenite grain boundary chemical composition and the surface oxidation on the carburizing steel bending fatigue properties Research results.Other conference read the paper time is 15min, discussion 5min, brief introduction paper read time is 3min, do not discuss.
