《新疆年鉴》从1989年卷起,“地州市县建设”部类由不设条目改为设立基本条目和机动条目。 一、基本条目 基本条目由“党政机关负责人”和“经济和社会发展基本情况”两部分组成。前者记载党政机关负责人的换届更替,反映人民民主制度和民族区域自治制度的健全和发展;后者则包括物质文明和精神文明建设两个内容,这是基本条目中的主要内容。每年通过以某一地区工农业生产的发展、人民生活的改善、科技队伍的壮大等基本资料,集中简要地反映这一地区的基本情况。读者可以从这些资料中去分析、比较,看出某一地区经济发展和社会进步各种变化的轨迹。
The Yearbook of Xinjiang rolled up from 1989, and the category of prefectural county construction was changed from non-entry to the establishment of basic entries and motorized entries. I. Basic Entry The basic entry is made up of two parts: “the principal of party and government organs” and “the basic situation of economic and social development.” The former records the change of general manager of the party and government organs, reflecting the soundness and development of the system of people’s democracy and the system of regional ethnic autonomy. The latter includes two elements, namely, material civilization and spiritual civilization, which are the main items in the basic articles. Every year, basic information about the area is mainly focused on the basic information on the development of industrial and agricultural production, the improvement of people’s living standards and the growth of scientific and technological personnel in a certain area. Readers can analyze and compare these data to find out the trajectory of various changes in economic development and social progress in a certain area.
