彼得·布鲁克(1925年-),英国著名戏剧、电影导演,出生于英国伦敦一个俄商犹太人家庭。60年创作生涯,导演大量戏剧、电影和电视剧,并以执导多部莎士比亚剧作而享誉世界。他是上世纪50年代至60年代新派舞台剧代表人物,对世界戏剧发展影响深远;同时他也是著名的戏剧理论家,著有《空的空间》、《敞开的门》等理论著作挪威国际易卜生奖评选委员会2008年8月18日在奥斯陆宣布把首届国际易卜生奖授予彼得·布鲁克,以表彰他为繁荣国际戏剧舞台做出的贡献
Peter Brooke (1925 -), a famous British drama and film director, was born in London, England, a Jewish Jewish family. Sixty years of creative career, director of a large number of theatrical, film and television series, and directed more than Shakespearean play and world-renowned. He is a representative figure of a new stage play in the 1950s and 1960s and has far-reaching influence on the development of world theater. At the same time, he is also a famous theatrical theorist and is the author of “Empty Space” and “Open Door” The Burson-Marsteller Selection Committee announced in Oslo on August 18, 2008 the award of the first International Ibsen Prize to Peter Brooke in recognition of his contribution to the prosperity of the international theater scene
