目的分析吉马酮和莪术二酮在有氧和充氮保护条件下加热过程中的化学成分变化以寻找温莪术炮制理论依据。方法采用GC-MS技术并结合NIST软件分析莪术二酮和吉马酮在这一过程中的变化。结果吉马酮性质不稳定,在有氧条件下吉马酮会完全分解,在充氮保护下吉马酮会部分分解。莪术二酮在充氮保护或有氧条件下都表现出较好的化学稳定性,只有部分被转化为其他成分。结论本实验推测温莪术的传统加工方法可以部分避免吉马酮降解。
Objective To analyze the chemical composition change of germacrone and zedcidian in the process of heating under the protection of oxygen and nitrogen in order to find the theoretical basis for the preparation of Curcuma. Methods GC-MS and NIST software were used to analyze the changes of zedone and jimaone in this process. As a result, the properties of gemcitabine are unstable. Under aerobic conditions, the gemacan will be completely decomposed and partially decomposed under the protection of nitrogen. Curcumin dione exhibits good chemical stability under nitrogen-protected or aerobic conditions, with only partial conversion to other components. Conclusion This experiment speculated that the traditional processing methods of Curcuma could partially prevent the degradation of germacrone.
