伦理学作为一种实践型学科,其价值更多地应当在于如何将一些美好的道德理念转化为现实社会中人们普遍遵守的行为规范。本文以市场经济环境中的企业经济行为作为范例,分析伦理正义是如何在市场体制的作用下转化为现实社会中的实际行为准则的。通过实例分析说明市场经济中伦理正义的实现之道,即来自于外部约束力量的他律路径,而且这种路径不仅适用于经济活动领域,同样也适用于社会生活的其他领域,希望以此阐明具有普遍意义的伦理正义的实现之道。
The value of ethics as a practical discipline should be more about how to translate some good moral ideas into the codes of conduct universally observed in the real world.
