对人体上呼吸道分泌物中的头孢噻肟(CTX)及其活性代谢产物去乙酰头孢噻肟(DCTX)进行定量分析,以显示药物在肺部分泌液的浓度与血浓度的关系.17例病人中12例为男性,年龄26~78岁.静脉滴注头孢噻肟2g,5~10分滴完,每6小时一次.痰标本于给药4次后1~2小时以X-射线证实异常的对侧支气管分节通过气管镜吸出,同时抽取血标本,离心后,血清保存于-70℃,待测.
