This article describes the polyelectrolyte (P) synthesized by the basic copolymerization of acrylic acid and M-vinylpyrrolidone as an immunostimulatory carrier multimer which, after covalently binding to the antigen isolated from influenza virus, greatly increases the activity of this virus conjugate Antigenicity and immunogenicity. The recombinant high-yielding strains MRC-11 and R-5 were concentrated and purified by differential centrifugation, density gradient centrifugation and Sepharo-se-4B gel filtration. Hemagglutinin (HA) and neuraminidase (NA) were prepared. The purity of the isolated viral antigen was measured by sodium ethyl sulfate (SDS) electrophoresis, immunological two-way diffusion assay and determination of HA and NA activity
