民国时期乡村教师在中西文化博弈、新旧文化交替和乡村教育发展蔚然的背景环境中,在内部自我认识与外部社会因素双重逻辑关系的作用下,不断主动选择或被塑造为具有时代文化特征的角色.就教室内的场域而言,乡村教师分为由旧知识分子转化而来的塾师以及新式学校培养的新学先驱者;就教室外的场域而言,乡村教师的角色分为乡村社会建设的推进者和乡村革命思想的传播者.转观当今,无论是相关部门还是乡村教师皆应以史为鉴,多措并举,培养乡村教师身份角色认同;持知察新,增强乡村教师文化自信.
