目的研究聚维酮碘杀灭金黄色葡萄球菌的效果与浓度关系,为科学使用此类消毒剂提供参考。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验方法,对某国外进口聚维酮碘消毒液杀灭金黄色葡萄球菌效果与浓度的关系进行观察,同时与其他指标菌作平行比较。结果该聚维酮碘消毒液在有效碘浓度4 000~500 mg/L范围内作用1.0 min,对金黄色葡萄球菌标准株和耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)菌株杀灭对数值范围在3.14~4.50之间;在有效碘浓度250~100 mg/L范围内作用1.0 min,对金黄色葡萄球菌标准株和MRSA菌株杀灭对数值范围在7.65~7.64之间,且对标准株与MRSA菌株杀灭对数值基本一致。对大肠杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌和白色念珠菌的杀灭效果与有效碘浓度之间未出现倒置现象。结论该聚维酮碘消毒剂对金黄色葡萄球菌杀灭效果与有效碘浓度出现倒置现象,而对其他消毒试验指标菌则未出现此现象,原因值得进一步探讨。聚维酮碘用于采血、注射、输液前皮肤消毒时,由于处理时间非常短暂存在使用风险。
Objective To study the relationship between the effect and concentration of povidone-iodine on the killing of Staphylococcus aureus and provide a reference for the scientific use of such disinfectants. There is no inversion between the killing effect against E. coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Candida albicans and the effective iodine concentration. Conclusion The effect of the povidone-iodine disinfectant on the killing effect of Staphylococcus aureus and the effective iodine concentration are reversed. However, this phenomenon does not appear for other indicators of disinfection test, which is worth further exploration. Povidone iodine used for blood collection, injection, skin disinfection before infusion, due to the processing time is very short use of the risk.
