目的了解湛江市城区流动儿童体格发育状况及其影响因素。方法对2012年在湛江市赤坎区妇幼保健院健康体检的流动人口密集居住的南桥街道百姓社区的1~47月龄流动儿童4 611名的身高、体重按WHO儿童生长发育参考值进行评估。结果调查4 611名1~47月龄儿童,其中男童2 370名,占51.4%;女童2 241名,占48.6%。1~5月龄占37.61%,6~11月龄占24.66%,12~17月龄占20.28%,18~23月龄占8.76%,24~35月龄占7.59%,36~47月龄占1.10%;父母亲的原籍是本市乡镇的占31.45%,本省外市的占3.38%,外省的占65.17%。全部调查对象中,身高上等的占3.90%,中上等的占13.73%,中等的占50.62%,中下等的占20.67%,下等的占11.08%;体重上等的占0.85%,中上等的占10.47%,中等的占60.05%,中下等的占21.3%,下等的占7.33%。6个年龄组,身高中等者所占比例依次为60.21%、61.57%、33.90%、33.66%、35.74%、23.53%(P<0.01),身高为中下等和下等者所占比例依次为5.25%、21.84%、65.35%、65.84%、62%、72.55%(P<0.01);本市乡镇、本省外市、外省者,身高中等者所占比例分别为55.86%、48.72%、48.19%(P<0.01),身高为中下等和下等者所占比例分别为30.69%、35.9%、32.05%(P<0.01)。6个年龄组,体重中等者所占比例依次为71.05%、67.28%、45.24%、42.82%、44.57%、35.22%(P<0.01),体重为中下等和下等者所占比例依次为9.92%、17.68%、53.8%、56.44%、53.14%、58.82%(P<0.01);本市乡镇、本省外市、外省者,体重中等者所占比例分别为68.55%、56.41%、56.14%(P<0.01),体重为中下等和下等者所占比例分别为18.21%、26.28%、33.78%(P<0.01)。结论湛江市城区1~47月龄流动儿童身高体重达标率不高。
Objective To understand the physical development status and its influencing factors of floating children in Zhanjiang city. Methods The height and weight of 4 611 migrant children aged 1 ~ 47 months who lived in Nanqiao streets in Nanchong neighborhood, which was in a healthy physical examination in Chikan District MCH hospital in 2012, were evaluated according to WHO children’s growth and development reference values . Results A total of 4,611 children aged 1 to 47 were investigated, including 2 370 boys (51.4%) and 2 241 girls (48.6%). 1 to 5 months accounted for 37.61%, 6 to 11 months accounted for 24.66%, 12 to 17 months accounted for 20.28%, 18 to 23 months accounted for 8.76%, 24 to 35 months accounted for 7.59%, 36 to 47 months of age Accounting for 1.10%; parents of the origin is the city 31.45% of towns and cities, the province’s foreign market accounted for 3.38%, 65.17% of other provinces. Among all the respondents, 3.90% were of the same height, 13.73% were middle and upper class, 50.62% were middle class, 20.67% were middle and lower class, 11.08% were inferior, 0.85% Upper middle class accounts for 10.47%, middle class accounts for 60.05%, middle and lower class account for 21.3%, lower class accounts for 7.33%. Six age groups, the average height of the proportion of 60.21%, 61.57%, 33.90%, 33.66%, 35.74%, 23.53% (P <0.01), height and other inferior and the proportion of followed by 5.25%, 21.84%, 65.35%, 65.84%, 62% and 72.55%, respectively (P <0.01). The proportions of towns, towns and cities outside the province, provinces outside the province, and those with medium height were 55.86%, 48.72% and 48.19% (P <0.01), and the proportions of middle-lower height and lower rank were 30.69%, 35.9% and 32.05% respectively (P <0.01). The proportions of 6 middle-aged and middle-weight individuals were 71.05%, 67.28%, 45.24%, 42.82%, 44.57%, 35.22% (P <0.01) Accounting for 68.55%, 56.41% and 56.14% respectively in the towns, towns and cities outside the province, provinces outside the province, provinces other than those with medium weight, and those with medium weight were 9.92%, 17.68%, 53.8%, 56.44%, 53.14% and 58.82% (P <0.01), the body weight of the middle-lower grade and the proportion of the inferior were 18.21%, 26.28% and 33.78% respectively (P <0.01). Conclusion In Zhanjiang city, floating children aged from 1 to 47 months have high standard of body weight.
