目的探索团体辅导改善离异大学生心理健康水平以及改善个性特征的效果,为提高相关人群的心理健康水平与幸福感水平提供依据。方法从某高校327名离异家庭大学生中选择32名作为实验组,32名作为控制组1(无干预组);另外选取32名正常家庭大学生作为控制组2(完整家庭组)。分别对3组进行统一的实验前测,之后对实验组进行8周8次的系统团体辅导,并于团体辅导结束后进行后测。结果离异干预组大学生进行团体辅导后,心理健康水平得到显著提高,与无干预组得分差异有统计学意义,躯体化,人际关系敏感、抑郁、敌对、偏执改善最为显著,并且大部分都达到正常水平;EPQ中的神经质和精神质也得到显著的改善,与无干预组差异达到统计学水平,但是与完整家庭大学生的得分差异仍有统计学意义。结论团体辅导对离异家庭大学生心理健康水平的提高有显著的效果,对个性的改善有一定的作用但效果有限。
Objective To explore the effect of group counseling on improving the mental health and personality characteristics of university students who are divorced, and to provide the basis for improving the mental health and the level of happiness of related groups. Methods Thirty-two out of 327 college students from a university were selected as the experimental group and 32 as the control group 1 (no intervention group). Another 32 normal college students were selected as the control group 2 (complete family group). The pre-test of the three groups were carried out separately, and then the experimental group was counseled by the system group 8 times for 8 weeks and after the group counseling was finished. Results Divorced intervention group of college students counseling group, mental health was significantly improved, with no intervention group scores were statistically significant, somatization, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, hostility, paranoid improvement is most significant, and most of them reach the normal Level; the neuroticism and psychoticism in EPQ also significantly improved, with the difference between the non-intervention group reached statistical level, but the difference with the intact family college students was still statistically significant. Conclusion The group counseling has a significant effect on improving mental health of divorced family college students, and has a certain effect on the improvement of personality, but the effect is limited.
