《党史资料与研究》1983年第11期发表了薛宗耀向志《试论红军主力应该出击闽浙皖赣边区》一文(以下简称“薛文”)。文章就1933年底,敌人第五次“围剿”中央苏区期间毛泽东等同志提出的红军主力应出击苏浙皖赣的战略方案(简称“出击方案”)作了较为全面的论述,充分肯定了出击方案的重大意义,指出毛泽东思想是我们前进的指南,胜利的保证。薛文涉及到红军第五次反“围剿”的失败和“出击方案”的关系。作者认为,中央苏区客观上也存在粉碎敌人
