对于现在很多的电力企业而言,人才在数量和质量上都存在严重的不足,必须作出相应的结构调整。对于企业中的员工,要有计划,有步骤的分阶段做好培训工作,只有这样,才可以把职工的潜能挖掘出来。本文作者结合电力企业的实际生产工作情况,阐述了穿行型电力企业如何让企业做好员工的培训工作,从几个方面分析了培训的技巧和方式。希望通过本文的论述可以找到一条培养复合型高尖端电力企业人才的新出路。
For many power companies nowadays, there are serious deficiencies in the quantity and quality of qualified personnel, and corresponding structural adjustments must be made. For employees in the enterprise, there should be planned and step-by-step training so that the potential of workers can be tapped.
