是中医院校针灸推拿本科等相关专业的一门重要的实践学科,它在该专业课程体系中占据着重要的地位,也是中国传统医学最具特色的学科之一.推拿手法流派众多,临床应用涉及学科较多,理论权威及行业标准尚未形成,学生对推拿手法的辨别水平较低,依葫芦画瓢的盲从者颇多,若教师引导不利,学生则容易在今后的执业过程中出现手法意外甚至医疗事故,所以很有必要在实践教学过程中推行规范化手法教学.
