研究了双冷速缓冷处理对P/MRene’95合金等温变形的影响。研究结果表明:双冷速缓冷处理可有效地控制合金中γ'相的析出,尤其可通过第二冷速控制γ'相的形态。当固溶温度为1100C时,第二冷速低于第一冷速有利于降低合金的流变应力。
The effect of double cooling slow cooling on isothermal deformation of P / MRene’95 alloy was studied. The results show that the slow cooling at double cooling rate can effectively control the precipitation of γ ’phase in the alloy, especially the γ’ phase can be controlled by the second cooling rate. When the solution temperature is 1100C, the second cooling rate is lower than the first cooling rate to reduce the flow stress of the alloy.
