本文针对某型号直升机旋翼系统,从现场数据着手研究和分析了旋翼系统的可靠性。在整理现场数据得到的随机截尾数据的基础上,运用极大似然估计法估计了该混合型数据的威布尔分布参数。运用故障树分析方法建立和分析了旋翼系统的故障树结构。最后,运用蒙特卡洛模拟方法对旋翼系统进行可靠性模拟和分析。
In this paper, a model helicopter rotor system, starting from the field data to study and analyze the reliability of the rotor system. Based on the random censored data obtained from the field data, the Weibull distribution parameters of the mixed data are estimated by using maximum likelihood estimation. Fault tree analysis is used to establish and analyze the fault tree structure of rotor system. Finally, the Monte Carlo simulation method is used to simulate and analyze the reliability of the rotor system.
