特殊儿童虽是少数,但对他们的人力开发,也有着极其重要的意义。超常儿童和低常儿童各有其心理特点和生理特点,对他们的人力开发,我们更应该注重其智力、心力等方面的培养。
Although special children are a minority, they are also of great significance to their human resources development. The extraordinary children and the children with low children each have their own psychological and physiological characteristics.
