我科自1996年以来采用穿刺抽液、石膏固定治疗耳廓假性囊肿33例,疗效满意。现报告如下。1 临床资料1.1 一般资料 本组33例,男27例,女6例。年龄24～58岁,病史5d～3个月。其中有5例在村卫生所行反复穿刺抽液、未愈。1.2 治疗方法 本组33例均采用穿刺抽液、石膏固定方法。具体操作:先行耳廓皮肤消毒,在无菌操作下 Since 1996, our department has adopted puncture fluid and plaster to treat 33 cases of auricle pseudocyst with satisfactory curative effect.
