既然磷广泛存在动植物体内 ,因此 ,几乎所有的食品都含有磷。动物性食物如肉、鱼、蛋、奶等 ,含磷丰富 ,植物性食物如豆类、花生、谷类、黑木耳等 ,含磷也较多。如膳食中有足够的蛋白质和钙 ,一般来说也就有足够的磷。而且食物中的磷容易被人体吸收。所以 ,很少发现缺磷现象。
