痢疾简称“菌痢”是由痢疾杆菌引起的溃疡性结肠炎为主要病变。以腹痛、腹泻、里急后重、排脓血便为主要特证的肠道传染病。 它是由肠杆菌科志贺菌属,分志贺、福氏、鲍氏、宋内四群。痢疾杆菌在外环境的生存能力,宋内最强,福氏、鲍氏次之,最低为志贺。60℃10分钟即死亡。在阳光下30分钟死亡。在蔬菜、水果及病人接触过的物品上存活1~2周。对各种化学消毒剂如过氧乙酸、氯制剂、新洁尔灭、石灰水等均敏感。
