基于对不同类型区农业资源高效利用模式优化与技术体系集成及专家系统的内涵和特点的认识，针对我国农业资源高效利用与规划管理的实质，探讨了农业资源高效利用模式优化与技术体系集成辅助专家系统（ＡＲＡＥＳ）的设计。在剖析了ＡＲＡＥＳ的总体目标和具体任务的基础上，从人员组成、硬件／软件系统、数据库、知识库、方法库、模型库等方面，阐述了系统的组成；从系统基本功能和应用功能方面，论述了ＡＲＡＥＳ的系统功能设计。从目前系统设计中存在的问题与困难等方面，分析了ＡＲＡＥＳ系统实现的可行性、艰巨性及其途径。
Based on the recognition of the connotation and characteristics of the efficient utilization of agricultural resources and the integration of technical systems in different types of agricultural areas and the connotation and characteristics of expert systems, the paper explores the optimization of efficient utilization of agricultural resources and the integration of technical systems in light of the essence of efficient utilization and planning of agricultural resources in China Expert system (ARAES) design. On the basis of analyzing the overall goals and specific tasks of ARAES, this paper expounds the composition of the system from the aspects of personnel composition, hardware / software system, database, knowledge base, method base and model base. From the basic functions and application functions of the system , Discusses the system function design of ARAES. From the problems and difficulties in the current system design, this paper analyzes the feasibility, difficulty and ways of ARAES system implementation.
