[目的 ]探讨坑道环境对士兵心理健康影响。 [方法 ]采用军人心理健康问卷 (SCL- 90 )和心理操作能力测验的方法 ,对 1 68名坑道内和 1 63名坑道外执勤士兵的心理健康状况进行了调查。 [结果 ]两组士兵的躯体化、恐怖因子分明显高于军标 ,差异有显著性 (P<0 .0 5) ;两组间强迫、忧郁、焦虑、偏执四项均分差异均有显著性(P<0 .0 5) ;两组士兵的运算能力、数字译码、目标瞄准、注意广度的均分明显高于军标 ,而瑞文标准测验均分低于军标 ,差异均有显著性 (P<0 .0 5) ;两组间比较 ,仅数字译码的均分差异有显著性 (P<0 .0 5) ;坑道内执勤组群体心理指数 53.54,属 2级。坑道外执勤组群体心理指数 50 .34,属 3级。 [结论 ]提示部队应加强心理健康教育和咨询
[Objective] To explore the influence of tunnel environment on the mental health of soldiers. [Methods] The mental health status of soldiers who were on duty outside the tunnel and in the tunnel outside the tunnel were surveyed by using the Mental Health Questionnaire (SCL-90) and Psychological Operational Ability Test. [Results] The somatization and terror factors of the two groups of soldiers were significantly higher than those of the military standard, the difference was significant (P <0.05). There were significant differences among the four groups in the mean scores of coercion, depression, anxiety and paranoid (P <0.05). The mean scores of arithmetic ability, digital decoding, target aim and attention span of the two groups of soldiers were significantly higher than that of the military standard, while the average of the Raven’s standard test was lower than that of the military standard with the difference being (P <0.05). There was significant difference between the two groups only in the mean difference of digital decoding (P <0.05). The psychological index of on-duty group in tunnel was 53.54, which was level 2. Outside the tunnel duty group psychological index of 50.34, is 3. [Conclusion] It is suggested that troops should strengthen mental health education and counseling
