带状疱疹皮损愈合后遗留的神经痛可持续很长时间,随着年龄的增长疼痛程度加重。笔者用复方麝香注射液加紫外线负氧离子喷雾的方法治疗。仪器采用上海医科大学皮肤病研究所及常州医疗仪器厂联合生产的紫外线负离子喷雾治疗仪,总消耗功率750W,负氧离子温度≥3×10~5/cm 个,喷雾功率700W,紫外线波长253.7nm。将复方麝香注射液2.0ml,VitB_1100mg,Vit B_(12) 500μg,2%利多卡因注射液2.0ml 混合后注射。注射点,病变在第Ⅰ枝者
