社会经济的发展,加剧了当前市场经济形势的严峻性,随着各个行业领域竞争的加剧,会计人才成为了现代企业的重要战略资源。与此同时,教育改革进程的深入亦对当前教育形势提出了改革的要求,高校作为社会专业人才培养的重要阵地,教育的目标亦应当以能够为社会输送高质量的应用型人才为主。从此角度来看,基于会计人才需求的本科会计教育改革成为了大势所趋。本文将以此为出发点,以会计人才需求为导向分析本科会计教育改革的路径选择,以期能够引起更多教育者对此课题的深入思考,共同推动我国高等教育事业与时俱进的进一步发展。
The socio-economic development has aggravated the severity of the current market economy. With the intensification of competition in various industries, accounting professionals have become an important strategic resource for modern enterprises. At the same time, the deepening of the education reform process has also put forward the requirements for reform in the current education situation. As an important front for training social professionals in universities, the goal of education should be based on the ability to deliver high-quality applied talents to society. From this perspective, undergraduate accounting education reform based on the needs of accounting personnel has become the trend of the times. This article will take this as a starting point, taking accountant demand as a guideline to analyze the path choice of undergraduate accounting education reform in the hope of arousing more educators to think deeply about this topic and jointly promote the further development of our country’s higher education.
