(氨)茶碱作为有效的平喘药物在临床应用大约已50多年。特别是近10多年对该药药效学和药代动力学的深入研究及药物分析检测技术在临床的应用,使其疗效大大提高。本文仅就(氨)茶碱在儿童哮喘的应用方面作一综述。
(Ammonia) theophylline as an effective antiasthmatic drugs in clinical application for about 50 years. In particular, nearly 10 years of the pharmacodynamics and pharmacokinetics of the drug in-depth study and drug analysis and detection technology in clinical applications, so that its efficacy greatly increased. This article only on (ammonia) theophylline in children with asthma applications are reviewed.
