目的检测肿瘤转移相关基因1(metastasis-associated gene 1,MTA1)在子宫内膜异位症(endometriosis,EMS)患者在位及异位内膜组织中的表达情况,从而探讨MTA1在子宫内膜异位症发病机制中的作用。方法收集2011年6月~2012年5月间在哈尔滨医科大学第一附属医院因卵巢子宫内膜异位症住院行腹腔镜手术患者30例,EMS临床分期均为Ⅲ~Ⅳ期,同时获取患者的异位和在位内膜组织(疾病组)。选取同期因卵巢畸胎瘤或子宫肌瘤住院行腹腔镜或开腹手术患者20例,取其内膜组织(正常组)。应用免疫组化二步法和RT-PCR(反转录)法检测内异症患者的异位内膜组织和在位内膜组织及非内异症患者正常内膜MTA1的表达。结论 MTA1在内异症中的表达高于非内异症患者,其中MTA1在疾病组在位内膜中的表达高于异位内膜。
Objective To detect the expression of metastasis-associated gene 1 (MTA1) in eutopic and ectopic endometrium of patients with endometriosis (EMS), and to explore the role of MTA1 in endometriosis The role of the disease pathogenesis. Methods Thirty patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery in the First Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University from June 2011 to May 2012 were enrolled in this study. The clinical stages of EMS were all stage Ⅲ ~ Ⅳ. Patients Ectopic and eutopic endometrial tissues (disease group). Select the same period due to ovarian teratoma or uterine fibroids inpatients laparoscopic or open surgery in patients with 20 cases, take the endometrial tissue (normal group). The expression of MTA1 in eutopic endometrium and eutopic endometrium and normal endometrium of endometriosis patients was detected by immunohistochemical two-step and RT-PCR (reverse transcription) method. Conclusions The expression of MTA1 in endometriosis is higher than that in non-endometriosis, and the expression of MTA1 in eutopic endometrium of the disease group is higher than that of ectopic endometrium.
