幸福是什么?相信不同的人会给出不同的答案。在上海市浦东新区北蔡镇中心小学教师孙丽萍看来,幸福是快乐和意义的结合,幸福就是能成为一名班主任,并享受做班主任的幸福。谁曾想到,在成为一名班主任之前,孙丽萍长期担任德育管理工作,先后担任浦东新区金陆小学大队辅导员,浦东钦洋小教学区团委书记、少先队总辅导员,浦东第二教育署团队负责人,金陆小学德育主任,可谓“仕途”一帆风顺。2008年,为了实现自己的教育梦想,孙丽萍毅然放弃了行政岗位,来到了百年老校北蔡镇中心小学,恳请学校让她做一名班主任。
