Last midsummer last year, Li Xin, former deputy director general of the Central Secretariat of the Secretariat of the Central Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and secretary of the “Secretary Work” magazine, called me and said that his new book “Li Xin Wen Ji” is about to pay its respects and invites me for preface. Read the manuscript he sent, feeling a lot, music order. As a famous secretary and expert in our country, although it has come to a slump, Li Xin still cares about the work of secretaries and remains concerned about the study of secretarial studies. I believe that the publication of “Li Xin Wen Ji” has both established a monument to the Chinese secretary in the 20th century and laid the foundation for the secretary in the 21st century.
