分析了电液负载仿真台在加载过程中多余力矩的产生机理及其特点 ,在对电液负载仿真台的多余力矩进行同步补偿的基础上 ,提出利用同步马达和加载马达的角速度差值进行前馈补偿方案 ,以实现对多余力矩的二次补偿 .严格推导出了同步补偿后的加载系统的数学模型并对同步补偿系统和前馈控制器进行了设计 .经和单独使用位置同步补偿、角速度前馈补偿比较 ,并通过理论分析和计算机仿真得出结论 ,这种综合补偿是克服多余力矩有效的方法 .
Based on the analysis of the generation mechanism and characteristics of extra torque during the loading process of electro-hydraulic load simulator, based on the synchronous compensation of the extra torque of the electro-hydraulic load simulator, it is proposed to use the difference between the angular velocity of the synchronous motor and the loading motor Compensation scheme in order to realize the secondary compensation for the excess torque.Strictly deduced the mathematical model of the synchronous compensation system and designed the synchronous compensation system and the feedforward controller.With the use of the position synchronization compensation and the angular velocity Feedforward compensation comparison, and through theoretical analysis and computer simulation concluded that this comprehensive compensation is to overcome the excess torque effective method.
