采用Sol-gel法制备了具有粒径均匀分布的Pr离子单掺SrTiO3:0.002Pr纳米磷光体。通过DTA、XRD和PL对样品的成相过程和晶体结构及其光谱性能进行了测试分析。DTA和XRD分析结果表明:前驱体在较低温度(<500℃)加热就已经有立方相SrTiO3纳米晶析出,经935℃加热后完全形成单一立方相SrTiO3纳米晶,空间群为Pm-3m(221),经Scherrer公式计算得磷光体的晶粒尺寸约为82 nm。光谱性能研究表明,磷光体的发光性能受烧结温度影响非常明显。对应于Pr离子1D2→3H4能级跃迁的红色发光强度随着烧成温度从600℃升高到1300℃过程中逐渐增大,但发射谱的形状和主峰位置均保持不变。
The Pr-doped SrTiO3: 0.002Pr nano-phosphor with uniform size distribution was prepared by sol-gel method. The phase transition, crystal structure and spectral properties of the samples were analyzed by DTA, XRD and PL. The results of DTA and XRD show that when the precursor is heated at lower temperature (<500 ℃), the cubic SrTiO3 nanocrystals have been precipitated. After being heated at 935 ℃, the single cubic phase SrTiO3 nanocrystals are completely formed. The space group is Pm-3m 221). The crystal size of the phosphor calculated by the Scherrer formula is about 82 nm. Spectroscopic performance studies have shown that the luminescent properties of phosphors are greatly affected by the sintering temperature. The red emission intensity corresponding to 1D2 → 3H4 level transition of Pr ion gradually increases with the increase of firing temperature from 600 ℃ to 1300 ℃, but the shape of the emission spectrum and the position of the main peak remain unchanged.
