翘首以待多日的汽车振兴规划1月14日正式出台,其中备受瞩目的汽车购置税调查也随之现身:从2009年1月20日至12月31日,对1.6升及以下排量乘用车减按5%征收车辆购置税。这也意味着,1.6升及以下的汽车购置税由原来的10%下调一半。消息传出,有人失望有人欢喜。欢喜的人认为,此举会激发百姓的购车热,对低迷的车市犹如注入一针强心剂。失望的人认为,车辆购置税减低幅度太小,低于预期,仅能提振百姓消费信心。那么,调整汽车购置税,能给百姓到底带来多少实惠?能否把车市从低迷中拉出来?
