民政部日前公布《养老机构设立许可办法》和《养老机构管理办法》,对养老机构的设立许可、法律责任,服务内容等作出明确规定。其中明确,养老院将对老人健康实施入院评估,养老院虐待老人最高将被追刑责。新规已于7月1日起正式施行。《养老机构设立许可办法》为开办养老机构设立了门槛,包括床位数在10张以上,有与开展服务相适应的管理人员、专业技术人员和服务人员,有符合养老机构相关规范和技术标准等。
The Ministry of Civil Affairs recently promulgated the Measures for the Establishment of Endowment Institutions and the Measures for the Administration of Endowment Institutions, which clearly stipulated the establishment of endowment institutions, legal responsibilities and service contents.
