采用MC68HC1 1E1单片机 ,通过对硬件和软件系统的合理设计 ,实现了逆变式CO2 焊机的焊接参数预设与显示、焊接时序控制、焊丝种类和直径选择、焊接引弧和收弧、焊接电缆阻抗检测等的数字化控制 ,所有设置值、给定量与反馈量均输入单片机进行分析处理。采用波形控制方法对熔滴过渡周期进行控制 ,同时软件还对时序系统和送丝速度进行精密渐变控制。有效的抗干扰措施保证了系统工作的可靠性。该系统提高了逆变焊机的智能化程度及应用的适应性能。
