经济法原则中最为重要的即是经济法的基本原则,经济法基本原则是经济法宗旨和目的的具体体现,它贯穿于经济法研究中的各个领域,是经济法理论的基础。从十四大提出建立社会主义市场经济体制的目标,到十六大提出完善社会主义市场经济体制,随着我国社会主义市场经济体制的建立和不断完善,对经济法的本质和内涵的理解和认识在不断地趋同,这为进一步研究经济法的基本原则提供一个良好的契机。本文主要以经济法基本原则中的政府适度干预原则、可持续发展原则两个原则入手并进行一定的梳理及评析。希望通过本文的阐述,能使更多学者关注经济法基本原则这一领域的研究,同时希望我国经济法基本原则能够不断完善与发展。
