Liu Liying, female, native of Feicheng, was born in Liaoning Fushun. Bachelor of Arts (Chinese Language and Literature), Literature (Fine Arts History of Chinese Calligraphy) Master, Associate Professor. A member of World Chinese Teaching Association, a member of China Calligraphers Association and a vice chairman of Fushun City Calligraphers Association. From January 2009 to January 2011, Hanban, commissioned by the Ministry of Education, Hanban, to teach Chinese at the Oriental Language and Literature Department of National University of Education in Mongolia to promote Chinese culture
