将108例糖尿病周围神经病变患者随机分为治疗组56例和对照组52例。两组均接受糖尿病常规治疗,并禁用任何改善血液循环和影响神经传导的药物。治疗组给予前列地尔10mg加0.9%氯化钠注射液20ml静脉注射,每日一次;同时给予α-硫辛酸600mg加0.9%氯化钠注射液250~500ml静脉滴注,每日一次。对照组仅给予α-硫辛酸600mg加0.9%氯化钠注射液20ml静脉注射,每日一次。疗程均为21天。记录两组疗效与不良反应。结果治疗组总有效率(83.9%)显著高于对照组(71.2%,χ2=8.675,P<0.05),治疗组神经传导速度明显提高(P<0.01)。两组均未见明显不良反应。结论前列地尔联合α-硫辛酸可明显提高糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效。
108 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into treatment group 56 cases and control group 52 cases. Both groups received routine treatment of diabetes and disabled any medication that improved blood circulation and affected nerve conduction. The treatment group was given alprostadil 10mg plus 0.9% sodium chloride injection 20ml intravenously once daily; while giving α-lipoic acid 600mg 0.9% sodium chloride injection 250 ~ 500ml intravenous infusion once daily. The control group was given only α-lipoic acid 600mg plus 0.9% sodium chloride injection 20ml intravenously once daily. The course of treatment is 21 days. Record the two groups of efficacy and adverse reactions. Results The total effective rate (83.9%) in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (71.2%, χ2 = 8.675, P <0.05). The nerve conduction velocity was significantly increased in the treatment group (P <0.01). No obvious adverse reactions were found in both groups. Conclusion Alprostadil combined with α-lipoic acid can significantly improve the efficacy of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
