作为一种先进的用人理念和技术,人才测评技术能够促使企业组织对相关人员做出客观公正的评价,有利于提高企业组织的整体人力资源整合能力,从而促进企业组织健康、可持续发展。笔者从人才测评的概念出发,阐述人才测评的方法,对人才测评技术的主要应用进行分析,并提出完善人才测评技术在人力资源开发中的相关措施,希望能为人力资源管理提供借鉴。
As an advanced employing concept and technology, talent evaluation technology can promote the objective and impartial evaluation of relevant personnel by the enterprise organization, which is beneficial to improve the overall human resource integration ability of the enterprise organization and promote the healthy and sustainable development of the enterprise organization. Based on the concept of talent evaluation, the author elaborates the methods of talent evaluation, analyzes the main application of talent evaluation technology, and puts forward the measures to improve the talent evaluation technology in human resources development, hoping to provide reference for human resource management.
