离子迁移谱技术是一种痕量物质检测技术,广泛应用在毒品、爆炸物探测和环境污染监测等方面。文中将离子迁移谱和半导体气敏传感器结合,研制了一种新型集成检测系统。介绍了集成检测系统的工作原理,研究了迁移管的设计和半导体气敏传感器的选型,深入分析了离子迁移信号调理电路、ADC采集和存储电路、半导体传感器控制电路的设计过程,详细阐述了集成检测系统的气路系统。选择浓度为80 ppm CO样气进行了集成检测系统的实验验证,获得了CO离子迁移谱和半导体气敏传感器的检测输出信号,给出了CO的识别方法。
Ion mobility spectrometry is a trace substance detection technology, widely used in drugs, explosives detection and environmental pollution monitoring. In this paper, ion mobility spectroscopy and semiconductor gas sensor combined to develop a new integrated detection system. The working principle of integrated detection system is introduced. The design of transfer tube and the selection of semiconductor gas sensor are studied. The design process of ion migration signal conditioning circuit, ADC acquisition and storage circuit, and semiconductor sensor control circuit are analyzed in detail. Gas detection system integrated system. The concentration of 80 ppm CO sample gas was selected for the experiment verification of the integrated detection system. The CO ion mobility spectra and the detection output signal of the semiconductor gas sensor were obtained. The CO identification method was given.
