目的探讨注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)儿童智力结构特征。方法采用中国-韦氏儿童智力量表(C-WISC)对152例ADHD患儿与80例正常儿童进行智力测评,比较两组C-WISC的分测验量表分、智商及因子智商。结果 ADHD儿童除词汇分测验之外,各分测验量表分、言语智商、操作智商、总智商及各因子智商均低于正常对照组,ADHD儿童操作智商低于言语智商(均P<0.01)。结论 ADHD儿童智商处于正常水平或边缘状态,智力发展不平衡,注意和记忆能力缺陷明显。
Objective To investigate the mental structure of children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). Methods Fifty-two children with ADHD and 80 normal children were evaluated by C-WISC. The scores of C-WISC, IQ and factor IQ were compared between the two groups. Results ADHD children in addition to vocabulary test, sub-test scores, verbal IQ, operational IQ, total IQ and IQ of each factor were lower than the normal control group, ADHD children operating IQ was lower than verbal IQ (P <0.01) . Conclusion Children with ADHD are at normal level or marginal state with unbalanced intelligence development and obvious deficits in attention and memory.
